I'm C.M., a 40-something mom, wife, and librarian living in Virginia-- and I have regrets. Most of us do, but for some of us, the resulting guilt, and confusion compound into a massive trash heap that clogs up the rest of our lives...and seethes. And smells. And basically ruins everything.

As for what we talk about here, a lot of it is regret-adjacent-- trauma, spiritual abuse and recovery, faith in general, the role alcohol plays in poor decision-making...WE KEEP IT SUPER LIGHT. (We also keep it anonymous, because privacy online is worth more than gold and we ask that you respect it, as well-- yours, mine, everyone's.)
